一、如何設(shè)置同步詢盤回復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)？
提醒：同步詢盤數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置以后，系統(tǒng)抓取的是您企業(yè)郵箱網(wǎng)頁版發(fā)件箱中的內(nèi)容，請(qǐng)務(wù)必保證您的郵件回復(fù)記錄在網(wǎng)頁版郵箱發(fā)件箱中有保留，否則即使設(shè)置了同步詢盤回復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)，系統(tǒng)在發(fā)件箱中也抓取不到您回復(fù)的記錄（通過outlook、foxmail等客戶端回復(fù)可能會(huì)有此情況）。
1、入口：My alibaba后臺(tái)→賬戶中心→賬號(hào)安全→同步詢盤回復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)→設(shè)置同步 （頁面鏈接請(qǐng)點(diǎn)此參考）
2、點(diǎn)擊“設(shè)置同步”按鈕，確認(rèn)同步回復(fù)詢盤數(shù)據(jù)功能授權(quán)聲明；
3、 填寫同步的郵箱密碼、IMAP服務(wù)器地址、端口號(hào)
（大部分的郵箱，阿里巴巴系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)填寫服務(wù)器地址及端口號(hào)，若系統(tǒng)未自動(dòng)填寫，需要您聯(lián)系郵箱服務(wù)運(yùn)營商，咨詢后填寫即可）
4、點(diǎn)擊“確定”，數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)同步（為保證數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性，設(shè)置同步詢盤回復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)成功后，數(shù)據(jù)將在五日后更新）
重點(diǎn)提醒：由于Gmail郵箱的不穩(wěn)定性，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致同步失敗，不建議您用Gmail郵箱設(shè)置。
二、常用郵箱的IMAP地址（數(shù)據(jù)僅供參考，如設(shè)置時(shí)仍不成功，建議您直接與郵箱提供商核實(shí)正確的服務(wù)器地址與端口）
